Return Period:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received.
Non-Returnable Items:
Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to their nature. These include custom-made products, personalized items, and items marked as final sale.
How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact our customer service team here with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Return Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
